Talk Talk broadband & phone package

Hi there

We are thinking of changing to this as it seems so cheap. Does anyone have anything good to say about it? So far I have heard one or 2 negative things, but I was wondering if there are any satisfied customers out there?

We have it, I think!! So far, so good - no problems with the phone or connecting to the internet. We have had it about 6 months.

When i asked on MN a while ago, i got mainly negative responses so i cancelled before it even started lol.

Phone side is fine, we got it for the free international calls, but broadband was a PITA. Took many, many phone calls (which they charge for) over about 6mths to try and get connected properly. We endedup giving up and got Virgin broadband. Kept the phone line though.

We've just cancelled it! Lots of problems lately- not getting connected, losing internet constantly while using it. Might be good if you don'tuse the internet too much. Not very helpful support staff. We changed to BT, fingers crossed they're better.
