Help downloading an audio file from apple music

My Dad (now passed away) recorded some audio of himself talking about his school days which he then uploaded to the apple music app on his computer. My mum recently found it and would love to be able to download it somewhere else to keep it safe.

I can find loads of info on how to upload stuff but nothing to download it again. Any ideas?

I will get her to look in the recording app for the original recording but failing that?
