And am mumsnetting from laptop on the sofa instead of in the cupboard we call a study.
Did it ALL BY MYSELF and feeling very proud. Main pc is wired to the wireless router and laptop now ready for working outside when it gets warmer.
I need a face for 'I am so proud!' can you do one mumsnet hq?
My big thanks to whomovedmychocolate a few days ago for helping me with all the techy stuff.

You do realise that will be the end of life as you know it now you can watch TV and go on here.

I speak from experience having done the same as you a few weeks ago

Respect, no easy feat.

No, its so I can do my self employed work emails and reports etc in the evenings and weekends without the kids climbing all over me and demanding I go on the noddy website etc.
But I suspect I will be mumnsetting from the comfort of my bed with hot water bottle late evenings instead of freezing downstairs!

Breaking news is that I have also set up my MS Outlook work flibberty.co.uk email on this laptop as well so am beside myself with pride [proud face][proud face] oh there isnt' a suitable face I will try as thats what dp is at the moment, I think he was thinking I'd fail!!!!
