My DP upgraded his phone from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14.
it was all going swimmingly until he tried to update the iOS, it asked him for a six character code, even though on his old phone he only had a four character passcode. He tried resetting the phone, but it still asked for a six character passcode which was never set up.
We tried for zeros. We tried 123456. We tried 888888, and 55555 as suggested by some user guides on the Internet, they didn’t work. So now he’s locked out of his phone and getting a bit frustrated.
Has anyone got any idea how to fix this please?
