Email them maybe?

Didn't know Norton did that

I now use Windows Live one Care- fantastic IMO!

not sure - did you not get an email warning they would do this? I got one a few weeks ago so was able to the automatic renewal in advance.

Don't know if you can refund once it's gone through.

First of all call your credit card company and refute the payment - say it was unauthorised. Then do nothing, you'll find Norton will get in touch quite quickly!

meemar · 06/02/2008 21:45

should have been 'able to cancel'!

I had the same thing happen with another co, I questioned why I'd had money taken, and they said I'd agreed to it in T&C. I complained, they refunded.

I think if you have automatic renewal then you had to have authorised it when you bought your last Norton (at least thats what the email said).

If you didn't get the reminder email (which gives you the option of cancelling AR) then Norton are in the wrong. Have you changed email address since last year?

Chatted with them & they will refund it

Sorted

Nice Norton
