Server and docs all set up but need help with html code for sending and receiving the form to and from the server and cgi-bin so request come back via email to me.

I have read that formMail. cgi scripts are rubbish due to hackers and spammers.

This is a temp in-between website 'cause old website was old tech lasso knowledge and new one is being done by someone else- but I can't get all the content to them fast enough....so this is just simple html which I thought I could do but I am out of practice.

I want to submit form and then get an email repsonse and a thank you web page to pop up for them. Ta dar .....

sounds simple - should be simple, I can't do simple
