iPhone again new focus

So phone bloody updated itself yesterday to the new iOS 16
It's stuck on do not disturb
That's now under a app called focus
How the hell do I change it?
I've tried to switch it off on the app but doesn't work
Do I need a 9 year old to fix or just take phone into O2 and ask them?

Then it switches off but not sure how to permanently change it

Yeah I’m with you. Mine has a sodding search icon at the bottom of the Home Screen I can’t get rid of. And I tried changing wallpapers and couldn’t figure that out either. Was easy before.

The search function is now at the bottom of the screen. You can't get rid of it. It's fine and works just like it always did.

And the new fitness app thingy which is exactly the same as health app but tells you how many calories your 'burning' off

Except if you never used it in the first place, and now it’s stuck on my nice tidy Home Screen.

And then it’s not fine!

It's messed up the lovely Home Screen on my iPad as well.
I like order and now I'm scrolling trying to find stuff.

I lost network coverage completely and had to go through all the settings with tech support to get it working again. Very annoying!

On your Lock Screen hold down on the actual screen and you can scroll through all your different focus(s)?

I bloody love mine. It’s set to trigger when I leave work - nobody can get hold of me for 2 hrs except my kids!

I can't upload screenshots to mn any more since I updated my iPad.
