Help how do I set up a work email?

I'm sorry for being really stupid but I've been given a work email address and password to set up up my email. Do I need to access and internal system? Im allowed to read emails at home but have no idea how tk set it up 🙈

What do you want to set it up on? A phone, a laptop, etc etc. If you already have an email address, you should be able to open the mail app and see a + for adding another email address. Then follow the instructions.
