I'd like to have a lamp on my consul desk in my hall, that I'm able to switch on remotely from my phone. There isn't a power source nearby. Do chargeable bulbs like this exist?!

You can get battery lamps that take standard bulbs (found a couple on amazon), so should work with a smart bulb.

Rewireing the plug on a lamp to feed a battery pack (directly or via usb etc) would give you more choice in lamps.

I don't really know about smart bulbs but I think you should be able to swap out with a standard one in most appliances. But I think it'll be easier to get a chargable/battery lamp than a chargeable bulb.
