Agh!!! Just spent a day trying to talk to Sky mobile with no success.
I received several SMS this morning purporting to be from Vodafone saying that my number (currently with Sky) is being ported over to them on the 8th.
Vodafone said to contact Sky.
I'm working outside the UK & have to use a VPN and VOIP to call the UK.
It's impossible to contact Sky - their phone menu leaves me hanging every time I try. There's no online chat. Their Facebook messenger bloke just tells me to ring and he can't give me a direct line.
Can my number be ported out of Sky without them notifying me beforehand?
Is there any way to contact a human being at Sky?!?!?
