Are there any Nintendo 64 experts out there? DH's / DW's or more probably DC's!

How do I tell if a game is PAL when it doesn't say on the cassette? It does say on the cassette NUS-006 (EUR) and NUS-NREP-EUR. Do these bits tell you how compatible it is or where in the world it can be used?

Does it have an age rating on it? Can't remember how you can tell through serial codes and the like but a lot of them have suitability ratings and you can tell through them using US/UK rating etc....

LazyLinePainterJane · 27/01/2008 14:24

see, this one has an E rating in the bottom left corner, that's an american rating.

DH says the cartridges are a slightly diff shapes (he thinks) look one ebay for some PAL and then some NTSC ones and see if they look diff. Do you have a 64 to play them on, in they aren't working then they are NTSC ones! However the EUR does imply Europe in his humble opinion.

I think CarGirl is right, from googling, you can see that a US game would be NUS-006 (USA).

Great idea to try ebay. I'm sure they are uk ones. Thanks!
