Opening eyes filter for photo.Does this exist?

Lovely photo. Eyes shut is there any way of opening them? Grandparents with grandkids

Do you have a similar shot with their eyes open?

If so this is something you could do in photoshop. You could find someone to do it for you on a site like Fiver I would have thought.

Photoshop has a liquify feature to open eyes, but they can be completely shut. Best bet is to use two photos and combine to closed and open eyes.
