Ive changed internet providers and now being billed by both

Ive changed to talktalk and they said they would change me over but now because tiscali said I didnt call them and give 28 days notice I have to pay tiscali for another month. Is there anything I can do as im nowing paying both for 2 months and am peed off as only 1 company cn provide internet access so why should i pay them both

If you had a contract and had to give 28 days notice I am not sure there is anything you can do about it...grrr
