Urgent! Making sure e-mail recipient doesn't open 'marked up' version of doc

Help! One of you technically proficient types will know this, I'm sure.

I need to e-mail a Word document to someone which has been heavily edited. But no matter how I save it, I keep on opening the 'tracking' version of the doc. How do I ensure that the person getting it opens the final document and not the marked up/tracking version?

I'm sure there's a simple way but I don't know how and have to send this proposal out in the next hour or so.

Thank you! I couldn't work out how to accept all changes, but found the MS Office support page that talked me through it. Now I just need to learn how to make PDFs...

Hey singersgirl, download CutePDF here - then you can make PDF docs from word (or any other application) just by printing! Magic.
