FatBellyJones · 16/01/2008 11:54

ooh, it's malware... it's good that we don't have it! I just googled

2shoes · 16/01/2008 12:00

if it is bad why does the pc tell me it can't load it every time it starts up?

I don't know.. do you run scans and things regularly?

this is what I found about that dll

this is a very good spyware scanner

download, install, update and run

i have macfee(sp) and scan once a week. I also have windows defender but it won;t work. will try the spybot. which one should I download?

OP posts:
FatBellyJones · 16/01/2008 12:18

I would guess that your program found & removed the .dll file, but the malware would have put something else on that looks for & runs the .dll (and complains if it doesn't find it) and your program didn't get rid of that one, - now Spybot has fixed it.

2shoes · 16/01/2008 16:52

well at least I can stop looking for something that does not exust.
any ideas on the registry thingy?

I don't think you do unless you're going to make changes to it which hopefully you aren't, lol
