Can I use iSight on a PC?

I have an isight webcam which I no longer need as my new mac laptop has a built in camera. My parents need a webcam but they use a desktop PC, can they use this isight? ta

according to various Google searches - probably no. People seem to have got it working on Linux but that probably won't help. Didn't have time to have much of a look though - might be able to have another poke later..

Dont worry to look more then, if is not straight forward, they won't be able to install it!
Think I'll just sell it on e-bay and buy them one.
