Help - MN is taking up the whole screen

I have pressed a button (maybe an F one) on my keyboard and now the top of IE is hidden and the MN section is taking up the whole screen. If I hover in the top left corner the top bit pops up but I want it all back. Please help.

was it F11 ( full screen)?

click on view and status bar

or press F11 again
