I have an LG tv which has the option of an audio description for people with bad sight. I know how to switch it off via settings/accessibility, I've done it a few times in the past. But this time it won't work. I had an online chat with LG and they insisted it must be the fault of the set top box (Humax) but I know it isn't, because I've successfully turned it off in the past.
Any suggestions, ways round it?
