Which Ring doorbell would you recommend please ?
It must be simple and easy to use.
We'll get an electrician to install it.
We are thinking of putting in a Ring camera in the back garden too. Would you recommend it ?
Both dh and I are complete technophobes.
Can we both use the Ring doorbell on our phones to see who is there or is it for one phone only ?
We really are that bad re technology and don't want to ask in real life Blush

I've got the wired one, but got the adapter for it so it can be plugged in to a normal socket. Really easy to do it!

We have a Ring Doorbell Pro. It is hardwired to the mains.

The Ring app works well and whilst one of you has to be the formal 'owner' of the Doorbell/Ring system, it's straightforward to give others in the family access to the devices in your system. We therefore both receive notifications when the motion sensor is activated or the Doorbell is pressed ( we also have a Chime which is plugged into an electricity socket in the hall).

I should imagine that installing a Ring camera integrates well as part of a larger system.
