Broadband help

Please help me someone!
I've been with sky tv and broadband for ever and costs are now ridiculous. I've cancelled and found a good deal with now for broadband and tv.

How do I set it up so it coincides with sky ending and not paying for both the first month?

Does Now need a box?

Sorry but I'm old and don't understand how streaming works 😳

The correct process is to order your broadband with the new supplier and they manage the transfer. If you've already cancelled with Sky separately that might make things messy.
