How do I know if a video I take on my iPad is in HD?

I need to record dc for a music grading but it can’t be in HD and I have no idea how to check!

Does anyone know?

How is HD defined by the examining board? I'd check with them directly personally.

If you look at Settings>Camera>Record Videos do you have a non-HD option available you? My iPhone's lowest recording resolution is 720p at 30fps but this is still HD apparently?
