Before I start there is no reason to be worried about me!
My partner pays for the wifi from sky and it’s all in his name. My phone is connected to the wifi, can he see the websites I go on?
I have some Councelling through an online website that I don’t feel ready to discuss yet, I will tell him about it when it is all finished. Today he commented that I am on my phone a lot and I’m paranoid that he will look and see. I will feel obliged to tell him the full story if he discovers part of it. In my head I know it’s very unlikely and out of character for him to check up on me, but my anxiety is so intense at the moment that I’m focusing on this.
