I am in the process of switching from an android phone (Samsung S6 Edge) to my old work phone (iPhone 8). Need to figure out how to save my messages (just the important ones from family etc) and also WhatsApp messages. Have tried several solutions that I looked up via Google but so far nothing has actually worked (I now have a file of gobbledygook saved to my Google Drive which I cannot read). Does anyone know of any tried and tested solutions??
