Sky email access

I have a sky email
Used it for years, no problem
The logon is asking for an email address to verify prior to logging on
It won't accept sky emails!!!!

I'm expecting an important email today, and can't log on to any platform

Also WTAF sky???

DM said the same today. Is it a security check? She said she would have to call them.

Me too! So frustrating I only have this 1 email address...I also have to input the stupid verification code every time I log on on my tablet...have had this email at least 10 years.can access emails on my phone otherwise I would bin sky off.
