turning wmv files into jpegs (or summat)????

I've been sent a wmv file of our wedding - several photos set to music. I can view it in windows media player.

How do I turn it back into the individual images such as jpg files, so that I can open individual images into photo editing applications?

Please speak slowly and in words of few syllables.

Windows movie maker should load it up as individual frames - DH is trying to remember!

I have windows movie maker - who knew!

so, I've imported the wmv file into movie maker, and it has broken it into shorter "clips", each with several photos in, sort of mini-videos. Still can't get to the individual photos though.

Better, but not quite there yet...
