Hello pls can some tell me what that little eye-like icon means on teams please. See the picture attached.

It's been seen by the recipient.

If it's in the 'chat box' the. It means someone has read your message

It doesn't mean your manager is watching you on your camera 😁

Yeah just means the recipient has seen your message

PP are right. In a group chat it means everyone has seen it.
