my ipod mini is three years old and constantly loses charge can i get it fixed ?????????

no.

this is a common problem with ipod. battery loses charge after about 2-3 years and it's cheaper to buy a new ipod.

ipods do have crap batteries. Having said that, the kind of battery they have is the same as in your mobile phone, laptop or PDA. They are ALWAYS only guaranteed for one year as the technology deteriorates after that time.

Look on the bright side, you can get a nice new sexy ipod nano and watch videos on it.

There is a website that tells you how to optimise the charge holding, dh did it for mine. It is much better now. If he is well enough today I'll ask how where he got the info

mine did this. worked out almost the same price to buy a new one, so dh got me a new one for birthday, but I've got the old one in the car, as the transmitter thing also charges it up, so it works fine, as it's connected to power, it's just not mobile, so a shame, but not total disaster as still usable
