Can anyone help with a karaoke system and Buck?

We brought my dad Buck last year, to go with his karaoke system. Fist time we tried to connect him to it yesterday, put the aux lead in buck and one on the machine, and can't get anything out. we got Buck second hand from mumsnet, and he never came with any instructions. Does anyone know how to connect him to the karaoke machine, and make him sing please. karaoke instructions are no good, only just looked at them and all the words are printed on top of each other. TIA

i know a little bit about karaoke machines but have never heard of buck before.

Is it th tv part? have you tried putting teh karaoke machine into your TV? and are the CDs CD+G?

mumofmonsters, Buck is a singing reindeer, rather horrible looking thing that hangs on the wall. He has a microphone, and moves in time to music, or who ever is speaking. Never tried the karaoke machine with the tv.
