Ipad help..

So I'm looking for a new tablet.
I really want to be able to draw & create on it but it also will be used for work purposes.
Im confused which one to go for, don't have an apple shop near me and wondered if anyone could help.
The pen / drawing is a big factor so if anyone uses one for this I'd be interested in opinions please.

The Apple Pencil works well imo. I use it with an iPad Air but you may be best going for the standard iPad.

I wonder if you'd need the Pro though if you want to draw etc and might need the bigger screen,
