Outlook - can you set the send/recieve time thingy?

I have it in my head that you can set it to harvest the emails at x amount of minutes iyswim... am I talking gibberish?

Have you looked in tools-options?

Hello, you can customise it on Tools, Options, Mail-setup tab, and within that there is a box called, funnily enoyugh, Send/Recieve, you can set it at 5 minute intervals or whatever.
