HTC 10 phone: I can't find an sd card that will work

I've got an HTC 10. I need an sd/storage card. I bought one, tried it, phone won't accept it. Googled, everyone said I need a faster speed one so I bought another one that met that description. It won't accept that either.

So, does anyone here have an HTC 10 and can recommend me an sd card? (Or maybe there is something wrong with the phone)

I used to have an htc10 and used sandisk ultra cards. They always worked fine.

So it looks like the phone is faulty probably🙄

That's a shame. I htc phones for over 10 years and lived them. The only reason I moved away from htc was because they no longer sell direct to the UK due to a copyright dispute.
