Windows Hello Pin - message showing. Help please

I have access to two computers at home. My main one downstairs and DH's one upstairs. I access both using the pin number.
Tonight I changed the pin upstairs but when I try to change it downstairs, I get as far as the Windows Hello Pin option and get a message saying "This option is currently unavailable. Sorry - this pin isn't working for your organisation's resources."

I changed the pin upstairs back to the original one to see if that was the issue but to no avail.

Any ideas please.

There is no "organisation" involved. I don't access any outside third party work/business domain on this computer.

Did you have a microsoft email account associated with the PC?

Sign in with your password instead, there should be an option for 'other sign in options'.

Depending on how you initially set the computer up, this will usually be your microsoft/hotmail/xbox/outlook.com email address and password.

I had an old work e mail account still on there and it was stopping me from making the change.
