I have an iPhone, but it’s so small seeing people in a screen.

The person l need to speak to only does FaceTime.

Unless things have changed very very recently (because I looked into this around Christmas) then no. There are a few programs which claim to do this but are scams. However, if you have apple tv or chromecast then it is possible to mirror facetime onto your TV.

What’s Chromecast?

Facetime is an Apple app so no you can't. Why can't they Skype or Zoom, both of which are perfectly possible on Apple devices?

What’s Chromecast?
A small device you plug into your TV that allows you to ‘throw’ certain content from your phone/tablet to the TV

It’s seeing a medical consultant. He only does FaceTime.

You can do video calls via FB messenger so that you appear full-screen on a pc,, but I guess you would have to be "friends" with your consultant which might be a bit odd!

That is a massive and arrogant assumption that everyone owns an Apple product. I would just email and tell them you don't have Facetime, and offer all the alternatives: Zoom Skype WhatsApp

I'm sure there are other options.
