We have three of these. Getting old, big buttons etc so suit us fine. We have two in the bedrooms and one downstairs but this one has stopped ringing. You hear the phone ringing upstairs so can still answer it but when you do so it says "mute" on the right hand corner of the screen and I just don't know how to get rid of it. Maybe its time for new phones but we are quite attached to this. Tried all the unplugging etc with no success. It really is basically a simple phone so shouldn't be difficult but I haven't been able to solve it. Maybe somebody could point me in the right direction.
