Can anyone help me please? Just recently when I try and download an attachment from an email on my phone (android) it takes me to a page about:blank, but it isnt downloading the attachment. It used to take me to the last opened page in whichever browser I was using and download the attachment which would appear as a tick at the top of my screen. The browsers I use on my phone are Ecosia and Chrome. I have tried deleting my browser history, deleting the cache....any other tips that can help me at all?
