Airpods have died - replace or upgrade to AirPods Pro?

My 1st generation airpods have died, had them for a couple of years and bought them second hand in the first place. They keep disconnecting when I’m walking/cycling/running and only work if I’m just sat at home. I don’t know whether to simply resolve like for like, or upgrade to the AirPods Pro?

I went for the airpods Pro and they are great for running and just in general. There is also a noise cancellation feature, it does help but it not as powerful as over the ear noise cancelling.

I have the airpods pro and I LOVE them. Still have the old pair which I use for work meetings now. Go for it - you won't regret it.
