Having page setup problems in Word

I can't organise the page setup to start at 2cm from the top

The curser stays at the top

I have reset the default on pagfe setup - but it still doesn't work

So the cursor is blinking right at the top even though the page set up says your margins are 2cm down? You may have hidden your white space? I did this once and it drove me mad... Put your mouse towards the top of the page until it shows two arrows pointing to each other and hopefully a little sign that says "Show White Space" then click.
