What did you eat today?

Always curious how other people eat! And i’m nosey, he he. I had:

Breakfast: porridge with ground pumpkin seeds and raspberries with a coffee.

Lunch: bacon, eggs and pancakes.

Snack: Salt and vinegar Snackajacks and Deliciouslly Ella salted caramel cups (obsessed!)

Dinner: chicken leg, jacket potato with cheese and spring onions, cooked spinach (been eating a lot of spinach recently and my complexion game is strong!

Snack: greek yogurt with honey.

Brunch at about 11ish - leftover spaghetti bolognese from last night.

Dinner - steak, mushrooms, half a baked potato and coleslaw.

Snacks - pineapple, apple slices, few handfuls of raisins and a half eaten custard cream my 1 year old spat out

2 pieces of toast about 2pm

Hoummus and tortillas at 8pm

And two biscuits cuppa at 9pm!

Breakfast: avocado and fried egg on buttered cape seed bread, rasher of bacon, mushrooms, spinach, tomato.
Lunch: Walnut and banana natural yogurt smoothie. Raspberries and cream.
Dinner: Chilli with rice. Grapefruit.
Supper: Peanut butter on wholemeal toast.

I follow a low-carb, high-fat way of eating.

Breakfast: two cups of coffee with cream
Lunch: Sunday roast - beef, buttered cabbage, a roast potato (yes, just one!), broccoli, gravy, horseradish
Dinner: low-carb almond flour roll, topped with buttery spinach and a semi-soft boiled egg. Few salted almonds, and a few cherries with a couple of squares of very dark chocolate.

Having a mint tea now.

I don't do breakfast. Never feel hungry first thing.

Had a chicken and cheese toastie at about 2pm
And Chinese for dinner.

In my defense I've got tendonosis I'm my left arm which has been hell today and I didn't feel up to cooking.

DD had cereal for breakfast, lunch of a sandwich, fruit, a mini babybel and some carrot sticks then Chinese with me for dinner

Toast with peanut butter

L: beans on toast, melon

D: homemade caramelised onion and cheddar quiche, jacket potato, salad (the others also had some ham)

Going to have some dark chocolate now.
Drinks have been mostly tea and coffee, not enough water, and a lemonade.

Breakfast: 1 slice of honey and spelt toast with scrambled egg. A frothy coffee

Lunch: a white bread roll with ham, tomato, a packet of cheese and onion crisps and a cup of tea

Dinner: white fish with roasted peppers, cous cous and feta.

Evening snack: large orange and strawberries

Snacks; 3 chocolate biscuits & another frothy coffee

D: two slices of pizza and wedges, can of coke zero

Homemade fish pie and peas About 5pm
Homemade made rhubarb crumble At 6pm

Just come to bed with a cup of tea and two chocolate ginger biscuits

Yet again I have probably had to much food but it was all so good

Yesterday...
B: mixed nut muesli with milk, banana, blueberries. Tea + orange juice.
L: leftover veggie sausage roll, cheese + onion quiche, cucumber, tomatoes, boiled egg. Strawberries + melon. Coffee.
D: halloumi traybake, garlic bread, small glass of red wine.

Yesterday I ate a peanut butter sandwich for breakfast, two boiled eggs with salad for lunch and a chicken breast covered with tomato, onion, pepper and courgette sauce, topped with cheddar for tea.

I also snaffled 3/4 bar of Godiva chocolate, three truffles and a bag of quavers.

I’ve no idea why I’m fat...
