I have a collection of photos and videos and want to make them into a birthday montage for my son. I started with Windows video editor which was ok until i realised i couldn't add audio to fade in and out. Eg i have a few photos display while music plays but then i cut to a video so need the audio to fade whilst the video plays then back to a couple photos with background music. I'm just looking at PowerPoint thinking i might be able to do this in a slideshow? If anyone has any ideas I'd be grateful....as it's just for my son's birthday i don't want to buy any software. Thanks!
