A cheap Windows 10 laptop which can have ITunes

The laptop we use for ITunes (and rarely at that) is kaput. And we have a problem with DD's iPhone 11 that needs us to talk to connect it via a laptop to iTunes.
If we weren't in lockdown, we would go to a shop. We are techie idiots. Having tried all my (limited ability) work arounds to fix laptop (including trying to get an old one up and running) I am at the "I'll just buy a new cheap laptop to download iTunes and use that).
Can you recommend one?

I've managed to track down an open Apple approved shop - having first found a trusted one who isn't Apple authorised and is open. They did what they could with ITunes on their own Windows laptop. They determined that it needs Apple intervention so I'm focussing on that.
