Zoom: can it ban some events?

Disturbed by a report I read today about a particular event that took place using this platform.

Can Zoom refuse permission to use its platform? I couldn't see a Zoom corporate social responsibility policy on any website which would be a start. Many thanks.

Zoom user policy: “Our user policies explicitly prohibit any obscene, indecent, illegal, or violent activity or content on the platform.”

They have and do ban people for breaching their user policy, and there’s been quite a bit in the news lately about Zoom trying to crack down on their platform being used for prostitution.

But obviously any event that breached rules would need to be reported to them, and I assume you’d need certain information (eg Zoom username, meeting ID or registered email address of the host) to report it.

That's very clear. Thanks so much for this information.
