This happened to me, I had to phone the tech support people.

get the cat back and withhold all meowmix privileges until it fixes it

DS did this when he was small by banging on the keyboard, he turn the display through 90 degrees. I had to take it into work with me and ask the IT Crowd very nicely to please fix it. I should have asked what they did.

Try the function buttons on the F buttons.

Try ctrl+alt+arrow keys

right mouse click on the desktop......it should say something like graphics or display options then click rotate......

or try this:

To reverse the upside down screen mode, press ctrl, alt and the up arrow (arrows console) at the same time; the screen will probably go blank. Turn off the monitor, turn it on again and the display will be normal again

kslatts is right - ctrl-alt-up should turn it right way round again - down is the one that turns it upside down & the left & right turn it 90 degrees left & right.
In case you're wondering, it's so that you can turn the picture to use a monitor portrait style. The kids at school often do this when they are trying to do ctrl-alt-del & miss the delete key. Not that they are supposed to use ctrl-alt -del at school anyway...

popyscal is right. I used to do this to everyone's pc at work, it was such fun to watch them panic!

still curious how cat managed to do it if you need to press different keys, i always knew she was special but not a genius

She was probably sitting on ctrl & alt & put a paw on delete. Toddlers do it all the time - this is probably the fourth or fifth thread I've answered on the subject.
