Help!! Can’t load photo paper into my Epson 2830

Need to print a photo for dd’s school work

I’ve checked the manual and it’s the correct paper (listed in the manual and it’s an epson own product

I’ve changed the paper type to premium glossy

Made sure the glossy side is facing up

But the paper still won’t print!

It prints fine on A4 and goes through fine if I turn the paper over (so glossy underneath)

Using the rear feed. I don’t think there is another one?!

What could I be doing wrong??

Dp is very non geeky so it’s down to me and I’m failing

I would be so grateful for any help

I’ve checked and there doesn’t seem to be any other feed. I just have no idea what I’m doing wrong here

Why photo paper? If it prints an acceptable quality on A4 then use that.

I could do, but previously I’ve always printed them out at one of those machines (before lockdown) so dd wants proper photos and have shelled out on the glossy paper

Anyone??
