Can i send a file with an expiry date?

I want to send videos ti clients on a regular basis but i want to be able to set an expiry date, any idea how i can do this without having to pay a fee?

The ability to do this is usually known as "Information Rights Management" and it tends to be something found in relatively expensive enterprise software.

You could make it a private video on Youtube so only the people you send the link to can view it, then take the video down when you want. But this offers no real security; if the client really wants to they can get a program to download the video and keep it.

Whatever technical option you choose, you also can and should make sure they sign a legal agreement not to do stuff like keeping the video.

Confirming - as Safariboot says, there's no way to technically enforce this. Having it online as a private-url-only view on a service that it's not easy to download from (YouTube is pretty easy, Vimeo is slightly harder) and then removing it after a set period is probably your best bet.
