Won eBay auto - error to pay?

Can anybody advise on the below screenshots.

I'm trying to pay for an item I won on eBay but this error comes up on the mobile app. When I go on my laptop it isn't in my won/bidded/history but I've had an email to say it's mine?

is it possible the email is a scam from a non Ebay source - set up to look convincing and if you click the link on the email instead of going direct to the Ebay main page to log in you get taken to a cleverly masked clone site which will ask for your payment and identity details and then use them for a spending spree?

@TalaxuArmiuna this is done directly through the app, I'm hoping eBay is just having a bit of a meltdown and I'll try it in a few hours.

All I can think is the seller removed the item trekker as it ended

There were problems on eBay last night, delays in things being sold and invoice to buyers try logging out and in againorif possible using website not app

@TeacupDrama it's let me pay now! Wet strange, I tried google but there was nothing on there last night.

they don't want it on google but they do nomally apologise if there is a hiccup
