Has anyone recently updated their Whatsapp (to version 2.20.27). Since I updated yesterday, my messages do not come through until I launch the app. Only once I have opened it do all the messages come flooding through.
I use it quite a lot for work as well so I am having to keep randomly opening the app just to check if I have received any messages.
I have done everything Google suggested like making sure background data isnt restricted etc. It was working perfectly until i updated it.
It is for Android.
It is so frustrating.
(I am even considering trying to reinstall a previous version but by teen ds has warned me not to open any of these sites that offer them as he reckons they are all a bit dodgy)
