Security camera - how to connect?

We have a wired in security camera outside the front door which can be plugged into the back of the TV (AV port) to see the image. Is there any way to connect it to something else so that it can be seen on my phone?

Not easily.

It's going to be far, far easier (and probably far, far cheaper) to by a network camera for what you want.

Would more than likely be a heck of a lot easier to get an IP camera to be honest.
