iPhone Health app. Can’t delete!!

As the tag line. I can’t delete the Health App. It’s counting my steps but I can’t remember asking it to?? Or where it’s come from. How do I delete? Help!!!!!

Comes on the phone as with a other couple of apps, mines is just in a folder I don’t use can’t delete it ☺️

It can’t be deleted as it’s one of the ‘essential apps’

You can disable the fitness tracking though.

Go to ‘Settings’ then into ‘Privacy’ then down to ‘Motion & Fitness’
disable the ‘Fitness Tracking’ by clicking the toggle switch.

Why the panic? It’s only steps?

Focyt. It may be ‘only steps’ to you but it’s an intrusion on my privacy to me.
