Can anyone recommend a laptop

It's for a year 8. Needs to run windows ... word excel PowerPoint etc plus browsing. Plus she'd like to be able to play minecraft and sims. Do laptops come with windows apps preloaded or is that extra?
Max budget around £400. Is that doable?

I bought a laptop Dell Inspiron 5570 for my son, he also likes to play Minecraft, he also loves to study and we installed windows, power point ppt, Word, Excel and all the necessary programs for him. The laptop is fast, all programs load just as well.

You can install LibreOffice for free instead of the Microsoft programs.

If you really need Microsoft you can buy licence keys on Amazon. I got one for my wife for £20 IIRC and it worked just fine,
