My laptop wouldn't boot up a few days ago and I had to refresh it. It wiped load of programmes but I seem to have managed to get it all back now apart from sodding adobe reader which is probably my most used programme. It won't install it and says I have a newer version installed. But I don't!! I've uninstalled anything hah said adobe and emptied the trash. I want to throw it out of the window!!!!!! Any suggestions please?
